Dear Friend,

I’m writing this letter to let you know that due to an unforeseen circumstance, I was not able to meet you.

I hope you are doing well! I want to apologize for not meeting you. Hope you would understand my situation because I was busy in my meeting with the manager of another company. So I was not even able to call you.

After returning home, an emergency has occurred in my home. My grandfather got heart attack, which required my great attention and care. Additionally, I didn’t get much rest as I was occupied in all these things.

Lastly, I want to meet you. So let me know whenever you will be free. However, my next meeting will be in your town on June 20th,2025. Although I’ll be busy in meeting, I would be free in evenings. Just call me whenever you would be comfortable.

Hope to meet you soon.

Yours lovingly,

Nikita
