I am writing this letter to appreciate the service at your restaurant, where I celebrated my birthday with 6 of my friends last week.
We had taken the a-la-carte option and we ordered a 3 course meal. The waiter who took the order was really friendly and gave good recommendations, most of which we went ahead with. He was jovial and courteous and patiently addressed our queries regarding the menu or ingredients. The meal preparation time was also quick, much to our surprise, though the restaurant was quite crowded being a weekend. The food was served really hot and we enjoyed every course thoroughly.
The ambience set was both elegant and cozy. We were seated near the waterfall setting , which really excited us and we took quite a lot of pictures that we instantly posted on our social media. The sound of the water in background was so realistic and cool, that we felt close to nature, despite being in a closed setup.
When I shared my posts , I was really surprised to find that the restaurant did not have a dedicated Facebook or Instagram account that I could tag in my post. I think you should really go in for it and flaunt the notable experience you are creating here. I am sure most of your customers, would feel the same.
Overall, our experience was really good and I really wanted to appreciate the staff and the manager for making this a cherished memory. Thank you so much.
