I hope this letter finds you radiant in health and spirit. I am writing this letter to express my gratitude towards your incredible service that I received on my birthday party last Saturday. I pre-booked a grand table in the celebration lounge of your restaurant a week ago, and when I reached there with some of my friends, our eyes got stuck on the traditional decoration and lightning of the place.
For the startup, we ordered some appetizers such as your most popular Mexican chicken fingers, fries, nuggets and poutines along with some cocktails and mock tails. My friends were surprised to see the presentation of every single item. We received a great service from one of your waiters named as Kim. He was serving everything very polite and professionally. We were provided with everything at right time without any huddles and mistakes.
Moreover, the atmosphere and ambience of the location was truly peaceful and everyone was getting positive energy vibes from a soft music that was playing in the background. We did not face and disturbance from any other tables because all people were sitting in their allocated cabins, and that is the most appreciated thing of your restaurant.
Lastly, my overall experience with your service was excellent and your place created a lot of beautiful memories of my 20th birthday. However, it would be great if the restaurant could also provide outside and rooftop sitting to enjoy the beautiful nature. It will add cherry on a cake to attract more visitors during the summer season.
