Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide a genuine review of last week’s birthday arrangement your staff made.
First of all, I would like to appreciate your restaurant’s customer service, it was a warm welcome for my family and every friend I invited, everyone talked about the flowers and chocolate you arranged for every guest, even not included in the party package. An amalgamation of the cuisine was delicious, food safety was the priority for tour staff and it was well-maintained. Everyone’s eyes were on that chocolate cake and also praised by all, especially kids who loved it which made me glad.
Secondly, the DJ party and the sound system were fabulous, we did not feel that our ears were not handling the sound of the DJ, which was so smooth and enjoyable every age group liked the music and dance at the party, and the games which I cannot forget to describe, overall the environment is amazing and unforgettable.
Moreover, there are negligible things but if I want to give any suggestions then I would say that there should be a pre-plan for the chair arrangement.
