In 2015, the number of users in shopping section started at exactly 40 million, after which it saw a dramatic rise to nearly 80 million in 2020. The figure for study online course saw a similar change, growing from about 39 million to roughly 62 million in the first 5 years. Meanwhile, the number of people using the Internet catering for sending emails remained relatively unchanged during this period, at 80 million. Opposite change can be seen in the figures for downloading films, which had above 70 million in 2015, followed by a gradual decline to nearly 60 in 2020.
From 2025 to 2030, the number of people shopping online and studying online course are expected to continue to increase significantly, but a different extend, with the former will be reached at approximately 100 millio and the latter is likely to 80 million. The figures for downloading films will decrease gradually, ending at about 50 million; meanwhile the figures for sending emails will be projected to a slow rise, at 90 million.
