In 2003, the beach area had a limited number of facilities. Hotel accommodations were located on the majority part of the upper side of the place, beside which a rectangular swimming pool was placed on the central left wing. On the opposite stood seating area with a few tables, was adjacent to a restaurant. The lower side was completely covered by a sea beyond the beach along with a long fence.
In 2013, the area was transformed considerably. The hotel building was altered to a two-storey one to accommodate more visitors, which moved slightly to the left corner. The most noteworthy change was the relocation of a swimming pool that was positioned to where a seating zone was previously standing, and now formed an 8-shape, becoming bigger in size, with palm trees nearby. Moreover, the number of seats were multiplied in more proximity to a new pool, with a restaurant on the right side. A new facility was the construction of a shop on the beach that was purposed to sell special equipment for water sports, while a fence removed for better access to the sea.
