The illustrations present the layout of a student room common as it is five years ago and how it has changed over the past five years

Overall , a student common room has witnessed various transformations , with the addition of some applliances and with some furniture being relocated or replaced .

Five years ago ,the north wall contained six different facilites , including cupboard , sink , bench , microwave and refrigerator . Located in the southeast corner of the room is a bookshelf . The rest of the room consisted of four tables and each surrounded by six chairs .

To the present , along the north wall , facilities has been slightly modilified , with one bench being removed and replaced by a new microwave. There used to be a bookshelf in the corner of the room , but it was replaced by a new television . Along the southern wall , a bench for laptops has been added after a table was removed . Nex to the sink , one of the round table has been converted into the rectangular table , with the addition of four more chairs . There is a new drinks machine next to the refigerator after relocated one of the table to center of the room .Finally , three armchairs were also added right opposite the televison .
