I am writing to formally inform you about my some important visa documents that I appear to have lost in the taxi arrange by your company last Tuesday.
On 12th May, limousine taxi service with the number plate Y667 was booked from your company by the XYZ hotel under the name of Yusra, the starting point of the was XYZ and my final destination was Sidra hospital located on the 6th street in the East of Doha. As per the schedule, taxi arrived around 03:30PM at my hotel, from where we drove for 20 minutes to reach my Drop-off point on time. After entering the hospital, I soon reliazed that my documents has been missing and immediately inform the driver regarding lost documents, and launched the complain with my contact details to customer service department of your company.
Those documents are the essential for my upcoming medical trip to Canada. Moreover, they contain my personal and confidential information, that can results in the breach of my privacy and medical details which I will be needed to continue my appointments here and but also in Canada. Furthermore, without those documents, I am most likely to miss my flight and as well as next doctors’ appointment.
I would like to request you conduct the full inquiry with the driver including tracing the route taken by the Taxi Y667 on Tuesday and thorough searching of the car by the senior manager. Additionally, I would like you to contact me directly as soon as you find those papers.
