Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for a position as a Management Trainee at your company which I saw on LinkedIn application and directed to send on this letter.

My name is Theresia Anggi Tiovanni, I graduated with a degree in economic development from North Sumatera University. I have work experience as a customer service at banking. Where I was responsible to handle customer problem. I used to interact with different people, solving complaints, and rewarding as the best customer service. This job helped me to improved my communication skill, problem solving and teamwork skills owning to reach target team.

In addition, I am familiar to use Microsoft office and advanced in Banking software, to make reports and detail oriented. Furthermore, I am also hardworking, disciplined and adapt easily. I believe this qualities make me suitable on this position. I have attached my resume, I would be grateful for the opportunity in next step.
