Dear Yash,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the loud noise coming from your balcony especially during the afternoon.

I know you have three dogs in your house. They usually like to play indoors with the dog toys. However, during noon, all the three come to balcony and then start to bark at each other. There also have been cases where the start to fight internally. As a result, there is too much unwanted sound that is coming from your end. Moreover, my mother is ill, and she needs rest after lunch, but due to the noise, she can’t sleep.

One thing that you can do for sure is that during afternoon, you can send them to play in our indoor dance area which is located on your floor. Not only is the place empty, but it big enough to let them play. Additionally, it is also equipped with various stuffed toys and dogs will love to play with them.

I having been facing this issue from one months and it is affecting my mother’s health because she can’t rest in the noon. Therefore, if the matter is not resolved within a few days, I will raise an official complaint to the society secretory. Furthermore, I will also lodge a complaint in General Societal Board of the Windsor city. Once that complaint is registered, they will first take away your dogs and them access the situation. Thus, I request you to take care of them and ensure that they do not fight in outdoor places.
