I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue I have been experiencing with the new neighbours who recently moved into the apartment adjacent to mine. Despite my attempts to address the matter directly with them, the situation has not improved.

The primary source of disturbance is their dog, which barks incessantly throughout the day while they are away at work. The noise reverberates through the walls and disrupts the peace and quiet of our shared living environment. The dog appears to be a medium-sized breed with a deep, booming bark that can be heard clearly from my apartment.

I kindly request that the council intervene in this matter to ensure a resolution. Specifically, I would appreciate it if the council could reach out to my neighbours to address the excessive barking and explore potential solutions to mitigate the noise disturbance. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
