On this image we can see graph. The gragh shows us increase fall downs of the line.

First 3 years of gragh loooks stade and were holding between one hundred cases, until ’85 year. After this the line starts to increase slowly for two years. Situation change when the number of cases changed from two hundreds to one hundred again just in one year. As the sharp down happend, the statistic got sharp increase in ’89, going from one hundred to four hundreds. Before the gragh falls down to zero, it got a pretty stade number until ’92.

In overall I can say that the gragh got up really fast, but also ended up falling to zero just in few years. The only time the number was on the same level ’83 to ’87. Based on this information, I reckon the situation got better after ’92 in USA.
