Dear sir/ madam

I am writing regarding the travel insurance of your company that covers the claim for lost items during the trip. I lost my camera on the last day of my trip.

The camera was black in colour with three lenses with it in the black camera bag. The camera weighs one pound including the lenses. The camera model number is cannon G4563.

My last trip was on New York city, I was walking around the streets taking pictures of the bustling city. Around 2 pm in the day we were picked up by the guide bus, I fell asleep in the bus and upon arrival to hotel I realized I was missing my camera.

Fortunately, I had insured my travel with your company in case of such unforeseen situations. I would like you to provide me with details and process for insurance claim for my lost item. You can contact me through email on my profile. I look forward to hearing from you.
