Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this to inform you that, my bike has been stolen during my trip in Pokhara as there is coverage for the claim of goods lost in your insurance policy i would like to cover the cost of my lost bike.

My bike’s name is Ntoq of Honda company. It’s number plate is A.b.c 123. It has paint of Buddha on the right side. There is the special box on back of the bike where important documents can be kept. I lost my bike in lakeside of Pokhara where I was stopped for food. I parked my Bike near Sunshine Hotel, and went inside the hotel to have my lunch.

I would like to request you to cover the lost on urgent basis as I am very in need of money . I hope to hear from you as soon as possible, next week I will not be available in this town.
