I am writing this letter to inform you that I lost my gold hand chain on a recent trip I took to Dubai. However, my travel insurance is still valid and can cover the cost of any item lost.
My gold hand chain i misplaced is very special to me, it is a family heirloom passed on to me by my mother . It has a crested letter written on it which represents my family name,It looks old but the color still glitters. It is handmade and recently has become a new trend in the jewelry industry.
I cannot really recollect how I misplaced it, but I noticed I was still wearing it when I boarded the flight and o also remembered admiring it while on the plane. I later realized it was not on my wrist while waiting for the taxi at my arrival in the airport. Although, I suspect that it might have fallen off due to the rush that occurred at to rush that occurred at the luggage line.
I kindly request that the equivalent of gold hand chain be sent to me in cash as my insurance fee covers it or I would really be happy if it can be remade for me with my family name crested on it, although I doubt if that would be possible. I have attached a picture of the gold chain image for further description. Please feel free to contact me for any additional information.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this issue must have caused you and the company, it was not intentional. I look forward to a prompt response on this matter. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Miss Mercy.
