Dear sir or madam,
I am writing in connection with an item that was lost while I was on a holiday which was under the travel insurance with your company.
Me and my husband travelled on a cruise from Turkey to Greece from first june to sixth June. For this trip I had packed my diamond and ruby encrusted four piece bvlgari neclace worth USD 40,000, contained in a maroon coloured velvet rectangular box. I remember wearing it for the cocktail party held on the cruise deck on fifth June which included drinks and dancing. It was during the dance, I collided with a stranger and fell on the ground. Once I got up I realised that the necklace was nowhere to be found.
I have reported this incident to the authorities and request you to reimburse the insured amount of that item in a case where should they not be able to recover the jewelry set.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Krishna shah
