Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inquire about my insurance claim for personal belongings lost.
There are some details about my cell phone what I lost yesterday on the train. The iphone is version 13 pro with pastel blue color. It is wrapped by a clear cage at the back and protection screen. The phone has a little crack at the top left corner because I dropped it.
During the rush hours from 5pm to 6pm, on July 18th, my friends and I traveled from my hotel to the stadium of Toronto for a singing concert. I took a train from BayView station to Union station, the board was crowded, and people pushed me back and forward on the train. When I got off the train, I checked my pocket and realized the phone was gone. I have been trying to reach to the Lost and Found department of public transportation, but they have not seen my phone yet.
I would like to make a claim for my lost on this trip since I am going to flight back to my country on July 22nd. Regarding from the insurance’s policy, I expect the insurance will cover the value of the phone.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
My faithfully
Tony Le
