Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing you about a lost item, a tablet I lost last weekend during my vacation, which is covered by your insurance.

The tablet I lost was the Apple iPad. It had a screen size of 13 inches, and it was space grey in colour. It had a black flip cover. The processor was the M2 chip, with a storage capacity of 512 GB. It also had 2 years of extended warranty. It costs CAD 1799.00

I was surfing through media content on vacation in Bali, Indonesia, near the pool area. To pick up something, I left my tablet on a table near the pool area, and when I came back, I found out that my tablet was gone. I was heartbroken about the situation, and I asked the same hotel staff management for help finding my tablet. On the other hand, when hotel staff tried their best to find the tablet, I also contacted the local authorities.

Therefore, please investigate the matter and arrange a claim amount under insurance by cheque or online transfer so I can buy a new one.
