Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Anmol, a customer of your insurance company. Around a couple of weeks earlier, I purchased the premium travel insurance that covers the cost of lost items, and I would like to make a claim for my lost camera.

I bought a limited edition Panasonic high-definition camera from the town’s company store. I might have accidently lost it while on my jungle safari during my vacations to the nearby coastal resort. It costed me about 1,200 dollars, so it was very expensive. I also have the proof of purchase and will attach a copy of the receipt along with this letter.

I would appreciate the amount to be credited to my bank account. I will also be attaching my bank details and a copy of the report of the lost item. Please do not hesitate to contact me in case you require any further information.
