Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you about the loss of my MacBook, which is insured by your company.

On August 7, during my trip to Montreal, I lost my Apple MacBook, valued at $2000. It is silver in color and has several stickers on it. At the time, it was in my brown tote bag.

The loss occurred during luggage screening while I was departing from Montreal. My entire bag went missing, and even the security officers conducted a thorough search but were unable to locate it. Fortunately, I have insurance coverage from your company.

I kindly request that you provide me with the necessary documents to submit my insurance claim. I have attached the invoice for the MacBook along with the insurance documents for your reference.
