Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to file an appeal on the loss of my valuable possessions.
Two weeks ago I was in Portland for my vacation, me and my buddies visited the Clackamas water park nearby. We left our items in the locker room and went on to have fun. Later when I came back I noticed how everything I put there just disappeared; my Apple watch, my bag and my towels. I immediately went to the front desk to inquire about what I could do regarding my situation.
However, the employees responded that they don’t have responsibility for lost items, which is why I’m reaching out to your company. If they don’t have an acceptable level of security, they have to bear the responsibility for misplaced items, and for such a big company it is unacceptable to be that careless. I am requesting that you contact them about the issue and start a thorough investigation into the matter.
Thank you in advance, I would greatly appreciate your help.
Sincerely,
Ryan Kaminski
