Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I lost my digital camera while visiting Shimla last week and now I want to get insurance claim of it.

The camera is a black Canon. It cost me $1500 del and I bought it Online 3 months ago. I put it in a leather bag & which has my name printed on front. Camera is very expensive that’s why it’s less making me worried.

Last Friday, While going to Shimla, I and my husband stoped in a cafe named “Black ice ” Situated near mall road Shimla, we had coffee their and spent almost 45 minutes, when I returned to car . I noticed camera was missing ” Immedialty ,i go to cafe and asked to the staff but no one seen it .

I am entitled to claim the orignal price of my lost item as per policy of the insurance company. Please let me know , if you need any documents from my side to proceed with my reguest of claim.
