Dear Mr.Tom,

I hope this letter finds you well.

I am writing to kindaly request you cancel my registration in the Artificial Intelligence course.

Recently I joined an Artificial Intelligence course in the university and the duration is three weeks without the graduation project, starting from the fifth of July and the time in the evining from 5pm to 8pm.

Right now I am participating working on new and big project in my company my work time is not suitable with the course because my new intensive work starting at 2pm to 7pm. because of that messed a lot of important class.

I respectfully suggest to make the course in the morning with flexibility time and we can take the acceptinace from the students and the committee of the department, or if you can make it online will great because the majority of the students are evining employees.

I hope to consider my request.
