I am writing to inform you that I would not be able to continue with your classes in the evening. I understand that I joined your computer coding course to learn programming languages as a hobby as well as for my future endeavours. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to put a hold on my ambitions for now.
As you are aware of the fact that I work in the financial services industry where an annual audit is an important event for the firms involved in this business, being a pioneer and leader in this area, my firm deals with annual audits with sheer seriousness as failure to comply with auditing standards could mean a blow to their reputation. Hence, all employees are required to work overtime for the duration of this event to ensure smooth operations, which will continue for the next two months. Consequently, I would have to miss your classes in the evening.
However, I assure you that this break is a temporary pause in my learning and I intend to return to the class when my job goes back to complete regularity. Meanwhile, during the period of my absence, I am planning to go over the notes provided by you to keep myself in touch with the subject matter.
