The graph demonstrates the quantity of working hours for males and females in organizations of two types – private and government.
Overall, the pie charts show that men stay long hours at work in both sectors, while women prefer to stick to more regulated working hours in government and private organizations.
It can be observed on the graph below that men work in private sector for 13-30 hours more often than in government sector while women’s working hours show minimal changes, despite of the sector. In addition, 30-34% of men choose to stay over 46 hours in both sectors, while only 4% of women prefer to do the same. Mainly women decide to work 6-12 hours in private and government organizations and both pie charts confirm it, reflecting the part equal 35%. The percentage of men working 1-2 hours in private sector is 5%, which is significantly smaller than 23% in government sector.
