Overall, what stands out from the graph is that people who living in urban area spent on average less than 15 minutes for driving, while for rural citizens it takes quite more time.
As regards the details, there are almost all place of services easy to reach in urban area exept one of them.The percentage of people who can drive to secondary school is slightly lower than that of others places, at 95% compared to 100%.
By contrast, the graph illustartes that it is complicated to reach the final destination in rural area. The people who drive to supermarket and secondary school is not nearly as faster as in urban sector. Similarly, a gradualy lower percentage of individuals in rural area than urban driving less than 15 minutes to police and doctor, the figure being 90% and 100% respectively. Finally, post office is equally time acceptable for both, at 100% each.
