In China, the ratio has always been leading a downward trend, with 16 percent of males and 30 of females, which presents lowest points in comparison with others. On the contrast, in India about 65 percent of girls and 56 percent of boys are accustomed to foreign language. However, the level of multilingual people in Thailand has visibly plunged. The female gender level has plummeted to 28, meanwhile male has gone down to 33. At the same time, in Vietnam, the women rate has leveled off at half the men rate, with the male’s graph has remained stable at the point of 56.
