Plan A displays a hospital in 2005 and plan B shows the same centre in the present day. Overall, The capacity of health care centre is upgraded by enhancing car parking, changing main door position and constracting main operations room.

Plan A design was pretty simple in 2005. In fornt of the hospital there were a car parking, space can park 12 cars at a time.Through the main enterence, the plan shows three consulting rooms, two on the right side and one on the left side of the bulding. In front of main gate is reception area, on left upper side of hosptial there was office and on back right side was physiotheraphy room and garden cover all three side of hospital.

The architechture of the medical centre is changed in the present day. The main enterence move to the left side, left side garden converge to parking by increasing parking area. On previous enetrence space two conculting room is formed and upper left side of bulding a new main opertaions room is contructed. By comparing both plans, parking area upgraded to 30 spaces, adding one conculting room, one main operation room and reception disk lead to near enterance, while back and right side garden remain the same.
