It is clear that there are nine steps in this process, starting with collecting used bottles in various areas and ending with manufacturing a range of end products.
First, used plastic bottles are collected from a collection point, and then transported by a recycling truck to a manufacturing plant or a factory. These bottles go through the sorting step in this recycling centre in two boxes which are classified to qualified items or unqualified items. The next step of the process is that the bottles are compressed into cubic blocks.
Following this, the resulting item is turned into a shredding step. The washing is picked up to a specialized machine called producing plastic palettes, which heats the pellets to form raw material. After being heated, these raw materials are produced into various final products such as clothes, pencils, and water bottles,… for a range of consumers in numerous marketing units.
