To begin with, raw milks are collected and go through some simple process to analyse its level of fat and protein prior to it can be adjusted its composition and blend together with a few ingredients. After that, the milk is pasturized to eliminates bacterias right before the milk may undergo a homogenization process with a specilised machine.
Subsequently, the processed raw milks is cooled down using a cooler machine and the milk is inoculated with starter cultures, as well as being analysed on the level of its solid fats and proteins for the second time.
Following this, the processed milk will be kept in place and cooled down before it can be added with flavours and fruit. Finally, a complete process milk will undergo a packaging process before it will be distributed to the buyers.
