The diagram illustrates the manufacturing process of yogurt in a factory.
The process consists of 9 major stages, beginning with collection of raw milk and ending with packaged yogurt products, where fats and proteins are analysed constantly by CEM SMART 6 ORACLE and sprint between major stages.
At first, raw milk is analysed by three instruments for checking solids, fats and liquids before transferring milk into cointainer with adjustable milk composition and blending ingredients. After that, the composed milk is sent to pasteurizer, where milk is pasteurized and analysed by same three equipments before putting it into homogenization machine. Following Homogenization, the milk is cooled in a cooling instrument.
In the next stage, the cool milk is sent to a machine which inoculates the milk with starting culture. Next, it is again analyzed for its quality before cooling and holding the cultured milk. Finally, the flavours and fruits are added before being packaged in a packaging machine.
