Dear David,

It has been a while since we met. I am writing to inform you about a change in our plan about my visit to you in England as we originally planned unfortunately ,I will not be able to travel due to unexpected commitment at home. Allow me to provide an explanation, I had intended to visit you on April 23rd in England and spending a special quality time with each other, consequently , i forgot my sister graduation party in this day, however, I had promised her to attend it with all family members. I apologize about this un please to surprise that may cause to you.

Although, can we schedule the next week after the occasion if you availbel to meet me.

I am understanding how this change disappointed , but I will ensure to keep our next plane more enjoyable as possible. Transfer my regards to your parents, no.more than that but, can’t wait to meet you soon.
