I’m writing this letter to offer my sincere apology for I won’t be able to visit you in England due to some essential circumstance associated with my home.
To be specific about the reason my sisters marriage will be the next week on Sunday. It’s crucial day from my sister which I need to be beside. Because she is my only sister and I do not want to disappoint in any case.
First of all, I want to apologize for changing the plans which we made so long back. I do not have any worse to express my situation, so I decided to not to cancel the visit to but just postpone on it by 2 weeks accordingly I have already spoken to airlines, and they comprehended my situation and agree to change the dates.
I would like to know if you are convenient on change of dates, let me know your opinion.
