The two maps illustrate how a residential area will have developed from the present to 2035.

Overall, it is evident that there will be significant changes to housing, infrastructure and facilities over the given period. Moreover, the area will make a staggering shift to being more modern, landscaped and pedestrian-friendly.

To start with, the road that stretches through the neighbourhood will be pedestrianized and a cycle lane with a bike rack will be introduced along it. Additionally, several new eating establishments will be built next to the food store, such as a pub and a restaurant. The embassy will be downsized and on its previous territory, a gift shop will be constructed. As regards the north-eastern part of the housing development, the old castle will be redeveloped and a lake will be established. On the previous site of a construction, a florist’s shop will be installed, surrounded by trees with a couple of benches on the side. The final change is that the whole area will be greened thoroughly.
