I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to discuss about your new environment friendly packaging.

Eco-friendly packaging is very well initiative which is taken by the management. This can lead to very sustainable conditions as now on company will not use any type of polythene while packaging. This initiative will be very helpful for everyone in various way.

As I was thinking about this, I had several concerns. Firstly It will affect the strengths like it will not take as much as weight like polythene so it will affect your delivery services also, drivers should be very careful while taking this package. Secondly it’s price. It will cost you fortune.

Therefore I have some suggestion how you can make the package strong as well as cheap.

Your company should use 3mm cardboard for parcel because it is very strong and also, it is widely available around the country so it would be cheap as well.
