I am writing this latter about Wrong product delivered. Which is Purchased from Your online site. I was looking toys for my littel son. So your automatic remote control airoplane Was selected by child. And it was looking very amzing in your advertisement. So I was selected that and booked it. Your delivered date was mention booking detail february 15. When your product was delivered at my door. After i saw that it is not same as i did book. I was shocked About this delivered product. Bacause That product is a Baseball game. I was contact customer care. Your customer service person told me please make a vidio and send it to our e mail id. After that i was give back that game to delivery boy who is belongs to flipcart. Please chack my details again. And resend my booked item. My childran want to play with this toy. He ws exitited about that. I hope you will understand My Issue and I hope the situation will be resolve soon.
