Dear Jenet,

I am writing this letter to complain regarding, the issue that your pet is causing to me and my family. I love dogs and like to play with them, but barking at nighttime breaks our sleeping routine, and due to lack of sleep my kids are unable to attend the school and I am also not able to work during the daytime. I would appreciate if you took this as a serious issue.

I have a big family and being a sole breadwinner, I must tirelessly work all day long. The barking of your dog not only interrupt our sleep, but it also scares away our guests, as we live close to each other. Moreover, I received a call from my children’s school that they are not focusing on their study and sleeps in the classroom. It doesn’t end here, my grandmother who is in her mid-seventies need sufficient sleep to be healthy, also remains incomplete.

I want you to take necessary action regarding this issue immediately, failing to comply with my request, I will seek help from our housing department. As we have been neighbor’s for around 15 years, I would humbly request you to take the matter seriously.
