Overall, it can be seen that make of home smokey process consists of three stage which carried out in chamber level and underground level. The first two stage performed in chamber and final stage of the process takes place both above and below ground.
The first stage that takes place underground occurs through air. That is, the air enter to designated space. The lid open all time to enter the air. The entering air pass the second special space through pipe. That is, the pipe helps to pass from stage to other stages. In the second space have special logs which required for burning. This stage consider to carried out the process of burning. The lid of this space is closed and this process help to burn logs and does not emit of smoke .The smoke which comes from burning of logs cannot get out and passes to final space through pipe. In the final space, the bricks place in the undergroud level of space and in the ground have box which hung some foods, such as fish or meat. The smoke goes through the gaps between the bricks. And this smoke helps with smoking the meal. Through this process is taken meal with special flavor and long life.
