The diagram illustrates how a home smokery is built and how smoked foods are used. There are three main stages in the process, starting with collecting the air and ending with the production of smoked foods.
In the initial stage, the air is blown into an underground box and covered with a lid, which is design to burn fire. The next step involves logs, those are tools to help put out fire in a chamber under ground level to generate smoke.
At this point, after smoke coming through a pipe accompained by two bricks into a larger box, which is constructed half underground, and half higher than ground level, these meat is hung up, including fish and beef. The final step is to be nined by the heat and smoke from the second step. Finally, throughout a process, the smoked foods are completed
