In overview, it is clear that the highest trade of books was distributed by children’s books during the period.
Conversely, the commercial trade of adult books, which has been sold the top price in its first own sale year, saw the lowest selling process troughout.
Focusing on the educational books as means of improving students’ knowledge or something else were sold around 25 million dollars in 2002 and supported by many consumers even reaching about 32 million dollars in 2003. However, there was a large decline from 2004 to 2005 but they recovered and increased to nearly 32 or 33 million dollars in 2006 again. In 2002, the greatest price of adult fiction continued to decrease significantly from around 47 million dollars to 38 in 2003 then it had some rise about 40 million dollars but kept decreasing in the final years. As for the sale of children’s books, which did not drop, it showed steady growth. At the beginning of the year, the sale was 34 million dollars, increasing to 42 million dollars around 2003, 47 million dollars in 2005, and even reaching 57 million dollars later.
