The graph below illustrates the number of participants in various activities at a social center in Melbourne, Australia from 2000 to 2020.
Overall, the film club had the highest number of attendees, staying around 65 members in the period, but it had a minority decrease in 2010. On the contrary, the music performances showed a slower start and had the lowest number of members in all activities in 2005. However, it had grown rapidly, and in 2020, the number reached about 20 attendees.
Additionally, amateur dramatics and table tennis display the same rise and fall from 2000 to 2010. However, the conditions changed when both reached 20 members in 2010. After that, they had the opposite development. While table tennis was climbing up to second in 2020 with over 50 members, amateur dramatics was falling to the lowest rank with under 10 participants. The martial arts seem to be the most balanced activity. That is due to the fact that in 2 decades, its number of participants has been around 30 to 40.
All in all, the film club consistently maintained the highest attendance, while the table tennis showed strong growth and amateur dramatics declined sharply after 2020. Music performances steadily rose and martial arts still remained the stable quantity across the period.
