Overall, there have been several changes in the recreational estate with the most significant of which are the clearing of the forest park and the conversion of shop and fish market into restaurants, apartments. In addition, the whole village map is more residential areas.
In terms of the layout, the main change was the addition of a new golf and tennis in the northeast, which necessitated the demolition of farmland and forest parks. The commercial areas have undergone further changes with the removal of shops and fish markets on the left-hand side of the map and the construction of restaurants and apartments. Furthermore, new houses have been erected across the street, creating more spaces for citizens.
In the past, there was a fishing port at the entrance of the sea, but it has now been removed, allowing for a more accessible beach. Moreover, only the cafe, which was situated on the right-hand side of the map, remains unchanged in the present. In addition, a hotel with a car park has been constructed on the site of the road.
