Overall, the chart demonstrates that cement production includes ten steps in total starting from the limestones to packing. While the concrete making process includes only two steps in total, from adding products and finally the concrete mixer.
In cement production, limestone and clay putted in the crusher first that gives a powder form which directly goes to the mixer. After mixing the powder, it transported to the rotating heater whereas the heating begins. Afterwards, the heated mixer is putting into the Grinder which gives us the final product that is cement. At final step, the cement packed into the bags.
Concrete Production includes only two steps, first adding the ingredients into mixer. The ingredients include 10% water, 15% cement, sand 25% and 50% of Gravel. After putting these items in concrete mixer, where it mixes the products in rotations which gives the final product that is concrete.
