The bar chart compares the percentage of time Australian parents spent doing with their children with a lot of kind activities in the year 2013.
In general, moms helps more than dads. Although, parents do some activities together with their child than fathers alone. The lowest rate showed dads. Australian dads almost did not spend time a lot for their children. While, mothers spent most of their time for helping their child.
Turning to the details, Australian mothers spent helping their child with dressing over 70 percent. It was the highest rate in the chart. Meanwhile, fathers can spent only 2 or 3 percent. For dads it was recorded the lowest figure. With homeworks children was more independent. Because moms spent around a half from their time, whereas dads spent only 12 percent. In playing games mothers again spent more time then fathers. moms 25 percent and dads constitute 5 percent. And preparing for bed spend around 45 percentage. Dads again spent about 5 percentage like playing games.
When both parents spent time with child the percentage higher then dads did it alone. However, not higher than moms rate. For dressing both parents spent about 20 percent. For homework and preparing for bed almost similarly, about 50 percent. And with playing game both parents together spent a lot of time and showed the high percentage. About 68 percentage.
