The first depict an industrial area situated in the town of Norbiton, in the south-side of the river which separates the farmland from the interested site. The other map reveals what are the future plans for the city and how it will be changed throughout the years.
Starting from the north, the goal is to build a bridge and to use it to expand the city over the river with an easily connected house surrounded by the farmland.
Secondly we can see that all the precedent facilities with factory utilizations will be replaced by housing and almost all the zone will be interested by an enormous mutation, so the roundabout whit a new road starting from his upper-west side that drives to 2 different buildings. In the east- side of the industrial area will be built a playground, a school, and a medical center whereas in the lower-east side various shops will be added.
Overall, we can evaluate that the clear achievement to be reached is a radical urbanization of the industrial area: the old facilities will be actually substituted by city features in order to make the area livable.
