The diagram demonstrates the linear process of manufacturing pineapple products from natural resource.
Overall, the process consists of multiple steps, commencing with the growth and harvesting of pinables and culminating with the production of various final products.
Initially, crown plants crown are cultivated around 26 centimeters apart from one another. These fruits undergoes the sunny weather with the ideal temperature being at 23-30C. After seven month period, the plants will be sprayed with ethaline, making them more productivity. Subsequently, the mature pineapples need an additional five months, reaching to two kilograms of weight and 30 centimeters of height.
Following this, these harvested fruits are clarified and washed by means of specialized cleaning machines with three distinct process depending on their sizes. Specifically, the small fruits are processed into pinapple juice upon completion of removing the head crown, peeling their skin and extracting them. Meanwhile, for the medium-size, they are cut off their crown, then sliced into small pieces, followed by canning. Finally, the largest fruits are used wax covering them to improve their long-life and packed into cates, ready for delivering to other countries.
