The illustration depicts the process of growing pineapples and three different ways of the usage.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is a natural and manufacturing process at the same time. The process itself can be divided into five steps for all three resulting products, initiating with the growing of pineapples and ending with a ready product (juice, tinned pineapples and a fresh pineapple for exportation).
Analysis reveals that at first pineapple should be grown with the help of water. Thereafter, to make a juice the pineapple should be taken for the preparation process which is connected to taking of the head of the fruit and peeled. Moreover, before pouring the juice into the boxes it is extracted with a special device.
Evidently, to make tinned pineapples it is grown till reaching a bigger size, after that it is cut into some chunks and sliced into circles. However, this process is followed by two different ways of storage, so it is put into the cans sliced as circles or smaller chunks.
It is noteworthy that the size of pineapples for export is significant, so after reaching the right size it should be harvested and waxed for better storage. In addition, this fruit is stored in some special boxes that are also used for transportation. In the final stage, they are exported by ships.
