Noticeably, there are 11 different stages in the diagram. The first stage in the process is to find a position which is available and the final stage is to offer a position that is more preferable for applicant.
The first stage is that that the company wait for the available posititions. Then they request approval from the Department head or Human Resourcesfor the specific vacant position which is available. If the vacant is approved the company write a detailed description of the job which they are looking for. However, if the vacant would not be approved, someone who is responsible for that, talk to Deprtment Head and try to find a proper solution . After the approval, the company must write a detailed description of the free vacant and Human Resources advertise the free position.
Next stage, is reviewing all applications which were sent to the company about that vacant. They the company should qualify candidates that they like. However if they do not approve some of them the company look at other applications. After they make decisions, the company should make a shortlist of all candidates and make interviews with them, and after offer positions.
