The diagram shows a recommended recruitment process for new staff. It’s flow diagram and is organized with two kind of geometric shapes: squares describe the actions while triangles describe feedback.
The recruitment process starts when there is an available position. The Department Head or Human Resources are tesked to approve the request before the process goes ahead. If the request doesn’t meet the Department Head or Human Resources assessment, the request must be reformulated.
Instead, when Department Head approves the request you can go to the next step, that is to write the job description. The job description is necessary to Human Resources because they are responsible for advertising the position. Subsequently is needed to review applications. During this step you check out if there are suitable candidates. If you don’t have a qualified candidates you need to go back to the previous step. Instead, when you have qualified candidates you’ll have to draft a list of candidates, taking job interviews and, in the end, you’ll can offer the position.
