First,when there is vacancy,the company needs to request approval from the department head of human resourse.The head of department will judge the importance of the gap then approve the position.Then,the company will proceed to the next stage which is to write a job discription.If the vacancy is not approved,the institution should speak to department head for solutions.The next step after writting the job description,the human resource department will proceed to advertise the position to the public.

After that,the company will review the application and select the qualified candidates.If the selected candidates fail,they need to review their application for the second time with extra focus.The selected candidates are shortlisted and interviewed in oder to get the best candidate.The one who passes the interview gets the position.
